ClimbAI

From prompts to systems.

Short, practical AI training for Australian teams. No jargon, no technical background, and no day-long program. Your people leave with a task they have practised and a clear next step.

Scroll. The room changes with you.

The gap

Most teams have accounts. Few have capability.

Chat is not a system. A prompt that lives in one person’s head does not survive a handover, a holiday, or a new hire.

Australian businesses are past the novelty. People open Grok, Claude, or ChatGPT between meetings. The work that comes back is uneven, unowned, and impossible to repeat. Leadership can see the time. They cannot see a method.

The gap is not access. It is the missing layer between a clever reply and a piece of the operating week: a written standard, a check a person still owns, and a place the output goes.

The climb

Four levels. One direction.

  1. 01 · Fluency

    Use the models with judgment.

Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT are already on the desks. Fluency is knowing which one to open, what context it actually needs, and when a person should stop and decide. Prompts are written for the work, not for a demo.

  2. 02 · Automation

Take the repeatable middle out of the week.

A watched folder, a draft that waits for approval, a brief that assembles itself on Monday. The automation has a clear input, a clear output, and a named owner. It does not send, file, or pay anything a person has not agreed to.

  3. 03 · Skills

Write the way of working down, once.

A skill is not a personality. It is the context the model should assume, the steps it follows, the checks a person still owns, and the shape of the output. Anyone on the team can run it without starting from a blank box.

  4. 04 · Systems

Put it inside the operating week.

The skill and the automation live where the work already happens: the inbox, the drive, the calendar, the job system. There is a date, an owner, and a path for when it fails. That is the difference between a clever afternoon and a capability.

How it runs

Ninety minutes. Then we come back.

Plain English. Built around the work the team already does. Online or on site. The prompts from the room are in the library.

  1. 01

    Working session

    90 min

Live, online or on site. Laptops open. Most of the time is typing, not watching. The team practises on a real task — an email, a customer reply, a report, a first draft — and leaves with it done once.

  2. 02

    Follow-up

    +60 min

A second session to fix what got stuck. The prompt that drifted, the skill that was too big, the output nobody trusted. We repair it while the work is still fresh.

  3. 03

    Check-in

    +30 min

What is now working, and what was never opened again. Honest answers are the useful ones. That check-in decides whether a second skill is worth building.

  4. 04

    The room

    Up to 10

One business, one group. Small enough that nobody waits. Content is tailored to the team’s tools and tasks before the day. No jargon, and no day-long program.

Four courses

AI for business, in plain English.

Open to any Australian business. Same length. Different room.

  1. 01

    AI for Rookies

    Anyone starting from zero

    • What the tools can and can’t do, and where they get it wrong
    • Writing a clear instruction that gets a useful answer the first time
    • Practice on a real task: an email, a customer reply, a report
  2. 02

    AI for Leaders

    Owners, executives and senior managers

    • Where AI saves time and money in the business right now
    • Being found when customers ask ChatGPT and other assistants
    • Simple, safe rules for how the team uses AI
  3. 03

    AI for Operations

    Managers who run the week

    • Faster reports, briefings, schedules and supplier emails
    • Numbers and notes turned into a plain-English summary
    • Checking the output before it reaches a customer or a record
  4. 04

    AI for Small Business

    Owner-operators

    • A first setup you can run yourself, on tools you already have
    • Marketing, proposals and customer replies in minutes
    • The three tasks to hand over first, and what to keep doing yourself

In the session

What gets built before anyone leaves.

A course practises a real task from the business. A tailored session goes one step further: the context stops being retyped, and one repeating task is saved as a skill. Nothing here is a case study. It is the shape of the hour.

  • 01

    Instructions

How you write, who you write to, and what you never say. Set once, so it loads on every chat. Short enough that every line earns its place.

  • 02

    A project

One body of work, with the files and the rules in the folder. The next chat already knows the business. You stop retyping the background.

  • 03

    A skill

One repeating task, written small: a name, when to use it, four to six steps, and what good looks like. The tenth time is as careful as the first.

  • 04

    One real run

The task the team already does every week. Read the draft, mark what it invented, and push back once. The second prompt is the real prompt.

Pricing

One price for the group.

Per group, up to 10 · any one course

$5,000

Australian dollars, excluding GST. The price covers the 90-minute session and both follow-ups.

Sessions are led by Brooke Boielle, with Taryn Williams and Olivia Hitchens. Material is prepared for the team beforehand.

What you are booking

  • Any one course

    90 + 60 + 30

One group, up to 10 people, from one business

The working session, the follow-up, and the check-in. Online or on site. Tailored to the team’s tools before the day.

  • Tailored team session

    Same shape

A team that wants the session built around its own work

The same three sittings, built around that team’s own repeating work. Instructions, a project, and one skill they will run the next morning.

Courses use approved, de-identified or sample material. No confidential data and no account connections are required.

Questions

How long is a course?+

Ninety minutes live, then a 60-minute follow-up to fix what got stuck, then a 30-minute check-in on what is now working. It is not a day-long program. Groups are up to ten people, from one business.

What does it cost?+

Any one course is $5,000 for the group. Australian dollars, excluding GST. A tailored session outside these four courses is scoped the same way and quoted before it is booked.

Do we have to connect our accounts?+

No. The courses run on approved, de-identified or sample material. No confidential data and no account connections are required. If a later session uses the team’s own tools, each person authorises their own login, and the work is not used to train a model.

Which models do you work with?+

Whichever the team already has. ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok. We teach the instruction, the project, and the skill — not loyalty to one vendor.

Where do you work?+

Online, or on site in Australia. Sydney is home. We travel for a team day when the room needs to be in one place.

Who is in the room?+

Brooke Boielle leads, with Taryn Williams and Olivia Hitchens. Content is tailored to the team’s tools and tasks before the session.

What does a team leave with?+

A task they have already practised, a clear next step, and — in a tailored session — one skill saved so the next person does not start from a blank box.
